Does Monster Phone Repair install any software or apps on the devices we sell?
After completing our full diagnostic and inspection process, we reset every device back to original factory settingsbefore it’s sold.
The only software installed on our devices is the operating system required for the phone to function properly.
Please note that the product listing may indicate the OS version you can expect, but the exact version installed may vary. Devices are prepped and packaged ahead of time, which means we cannot guarantee a specific OS version number at the moment of shipment.
No third-party apps or additional programs—beyond the manufacturer’s required system software—are installed on any device we sell.
